About me

If I had to describe myself in three words they would be; positive, hardworking and caring. I love keeping fit, travelling and constantly developing my knowledge. I believe that you get what you give in life, and I am dedicated to my ongoing personal and professional development so that I am increasingly well placed to best support others that might need my help. I pride myself on my ability to build strong, trusting relationships with my clients by working in their best interest.

With over 18 years of experience working within the world of dentistry, I originally joined Procare in 1996 where I began my ongoing journey of professional development with the learning of dental products, dental terms and procedures. In 2000, I joined Kerr Dental where I was fortunate enough to spend 2 weeks in California being intensively trained on the Kerr product range. During my time at Kerr, we launched K3 so I also had the opportunity to learn a lot about Endodontics. In 2005, I joined Henry Schein as a Sales Consultant, the emphasis being on Consultant. My experience over the years of working within such a forward-thinking dental company, combined with working closely with dental practices, has given me a great grounding into the world of a dentist and their business.

"From Marie to You" is my local Newsletter that brings the latest news and information on product developments and partner promotions to my clients across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire (MK postcodes), Oxfordshire and North Camridgeshire (PE Postcodes). In 2014, I proudly completed my BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies as well as gained a Diploma in Online Marketing so I also have an understanding of the business of dentistry. My aim is to work as a trusted advisor to practices and to offer the advice and training needed to achieve their goals. In 2015 Henry Schein launched 'BusinessIQ' which, in line with the one to one support I provide my clients, is a range of support services and programs to help practices learn, grow and consult.

As a field sales consultant for Henry Schein Dental I am a valuable resource for my customers: whether the goal of the practice is to increase productivity, increase chair time utilisation, implement stock control or to utilise social media to name a few areas I can help in.
